02Evaluation

The questions firms ask us first.

Is this an accounting system?

No. It's the working layer for your bookkeeping team. Your clients' books stay where they are. Approved entries post to Xero and QuickBooks by API, and other systems can be connected.

SaaS, custom or on-premise?

A multi-tenant SaaS that is highly configurable. We are actively developing it, so enhancements that make sense for your firm can be taken up. Data can sit on your own server if required.

Can AI be trusted with the numbers?

It drafts and a person decides. Every match is reviewed by a bookkeeper to make sure it tallies before anything is posted.

Can we offer it under our own brand?

Yes. Your firm's name and look on client-facing emails and channels, and on the workbench.

Beyond a licence?

We're open to deeper partnership models. Happy to discuss at the meeting.
