From the client to the ledger.
Bills arrive by email and statements as PDFs. Every line is read and matched, a bookkeeper approves, and entries post to Xero or QuickBooks.
From the client to the ledger in five steps.
Collect
Bills land in a bill inbox per client. Bank and card statements come in as PDFs or uploads.
Read
OCR pulls the date, supplier, amount, tax and line items. Bank statement PDFs become clean transaction lines. Duplicate bills are flagged.
Match
Each bank line is paired with its bill, including one payment that covers several bills, and with transfers between the client's own accounts. Anything unclear becomes a question to the client.
Review
A bookkeeper checks the numbers tally and approves. Nothing posts without a person signing off.
Post
Approved entries push to Xero or QuickBooks by API. Other systems can be connected on request.
Clients send documents the way they already do.
Start with email: every client already has a billing address. Add chat channels for clients who live in Telegram or Slack.
A bill inbox for every client
Suppliers already email bills to the client's billing address. Connect that mailbox, or give suppliers a forwarding address we set up. Bills are read, checked for duplicates, due dates tracked and matched when paid.
Snap and send
The owner photographs a receipt and sends it to the firm's bot. It's read, filed under the right client and acknowledged in seconds.
A live channel per client
Businesses that work in Slack drop invoices and important files into a shared channel. The bookkeeper tracks them live, with questions threaded on the file.
